1) The candidate must possess great political knowledge especially about the electoral scenario of Tamilnadu, Puducherry
2) The candidate must be fluent in creation of Tamil content both in writing and in typing
3) The candidate must be able to create attractive slogans, coin phrases, titles and social media one-liners in Tamil and English
4) Blogging skills both in Tamil and English
5) The candidate must be able to pick up unique ideas in order to create Tamil content by researching and accurately keeping track of the daily but also constantly changing political situations for the upcoming legislative assembly elections in Tamilnadu and Puducherry
7) Should produce Data driven content
8) Keen interest in politics of Tamilnadu and Puducherry
9) Picking up ground level sentiments and historic electoral information from time to time while creating content
10) Should be well-versed in MS Office, Word and Excel
